Information on the processing of personal data (Article 13 Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 “Code for the Protection of Personal Data”).
Your personal data, and in particular your e-mail, are used by the Tourist Village Fireflies in the Mist (hereafter Fireflies in the Mist), the Data Controller, for the sole purpose of responding to your requests for information. Data are not disclosed to third parties and are treated confidentially, with manual and/or computerized systems, and by persons specifically appointed for this purpose, in compliance with minimum security measures. In compliance with Legislative Decree. June 30, 2003 no. 196 (Testo Unico Privacy) and subsequent variations, we are to provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal and possibly sensitive data, in our possession. The policy does not apply to other websites that may be accessed through links on the owner’s domain websites, and the owner is not responsible in any way for the websites of third parties. Thus, during access to the Site, data resulting from the user’s browsing alone can be distinguished from data voluntarily rendered by the user in connection with certain purposes. Data resulting from user navigation The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties allow users to be identified. Such data processing and association activities are never carried out by the data controller. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used only anonymously and for statistical purposes related to the use of the Site and its proper functioning. The data could be used and stored in case of suspected computer crimes against the Site, for which the owner reserves the right to appeal to the competent authorities to ascertain any responsibility. Data provided voluntarily by the user Personal data provided by users who voluntarily interact with the Site, conferring their personal data for the purpose of obtaining certain services are used only for the purpose of performing the requested service or performance and are disclosed to third parties only if this is strictly necessary for the performance of the service. Specific summary disclosures are made or displayed on the pages of the Site set up for on-demand services, so as to draw the attention of the data subject to the processing of his or her personal data. Apart from what has been specified above for navigation data, the provision of users’ personal data is optional, even though it is functional for the provision of certain services; in these cases, therefore, failure to provide the data could compromise or make it impossible to provide the service.

Purposes of processing for which consent is granted where required (art. 23 Legislative Decree 196/03)
Data of a personal and possibly sensitive nature, voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, until opposition. To be contacted by the data controller as a result of a request for information; administrative-accounting activities, strictly related and instrumental to the management of relations (e.g.: acquisition of information prior to the conclusion of a contract, execution of operations on the basis of obligations arising from concluded contracts, issuing/archiving invoices, preparation of payments) and possible data transfers abroad within the limits of the law; provision of goods and services and for the protection of credit positions arising therefrom; information activities, for the formalization of requests for information received, for the preparation of estimates or offers

Method of processing – Storage
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of Articles 31 et seq. Legislative Decree 196/03. Data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

Scope of communication and dissemination
The data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated except within the limits expressed in the following statement acquired consent, may instead be disclosed to companies contractually linked to LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of Art. 42 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within the scope and limits provided by Art. 43 and 44(b) of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories: individuals who provide services for the management of the information system used by LUCCIOLE NELLA NEBBIA and telecommunications networks (including electronic mail); firms or companies as part of assistance and consulting relationships; authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request. Individuals in the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of any responsible parties is continually updated and available at the office from the MOONFLIGHTS IN THE FOG. Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with explicit consent.

Nature of conferment
The provision and consent to processing, are optional, but necessary to be contacted by the data controller. Interested parties may assert their rights as expressed in Art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Leg. June 30, 2003 no. 196 by contacting the data controller.

Changes to the privacy policy
The owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check this page for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the disclosure will contain an indication of the date of publication on the site. Use of the site after the publication of the changes will constitute acceptance of the changes.
